Will They Find her Before it’s too Late? Review for Bad Traffick

1563x2500 eBook Cover Bad TraffickHappy Tuesday, everybody! I had to share this fantastic review for Bad Traffick 🙂

Will they find her before it is too late? – Bad Traffick by DV Berkom.

In keeping with the giveaway theme leading up to the launch of CARGO, I’m giving away an e-copy of any of my back list. To enter, just click on over to Sherry Fundin’s fabulous blog, Fundinmental, check out the GREAT review, and leave a comment! She’s featuring both old and new covers for Bad Traffick–there’s quite a difference 😛

I’ll be back tomorrow with a list of books by a few stellar authors, both indie and traditionally published. If you’re looking for some great reads in the mystery/thriller genre, stop by!

***SERIAL DATE is now free on the ‘Zon 😀

Bad Traffick a Semi-Finalist!

I just found out that Bad Traffick is a semi-finalist in the Kindle Book Review 2013 Book Awards! There are some pretty heavy hitters in the mystery/thriller category, so I’m just going to offer my, “I’m honored to have made it this far,” speech and call it good. It’s still pretty cool, though 🙂

Goodreads Giveaways

For anyone who likes to win free books, I recommend checking out GoodReads Giveaways. It’s free to sign up and there are always a gazillion books to win. (Currently, all books given away are print copies. With Amazon’s recent acquisition of GR, this might change to include ebooks.) A lot of the offerings are ARCs, or Advanced Readers Copies, so if you win, you’ll be one of the first to read the book  🙂 And, many are signed by the author, which is always a good thing.

Publishers vary and include authors of traditionally published books as well as indie authors. At the end of the giveaway period, GoodReads randomly selects the winners and sends their shipping information to the author who then signs the book and ships it to the winner. It’s a great way to discover new authors and possibly win some great books in the process. Here’s the giveaway I’m doing through the month of April for Bad Traffick:

Virtual Book Tour

Orangeberry Book ToursWell, I’ve decided to bite the bullet and go on a 30-day virtual book tour for Bad Traffick. After much consideration (and other writer’s recommendations), I chose Orangeberry Book Tours to set it up (who has time to do their own these days?). So far, they’ve been pretty good at finding interesting places to post info about the book. A huge shout out to Dora, who has responded quickly and professionally to all my inane questions. The tour itself will be a combination of interviews, book features, blog posts and reviews, along with a variety of Twitter-blasting shenanigans that I can’t even begin to explain 🙂  It’s all good.

I’ll do a post after everything is over, once I’ve figured out the pros and cons of this particular type of tour. I’m interested in other people’s experiences with virtual tours–please leave a post in the comment section if you have any advice or ideas. Or, just leave a comment. I love hearing from you folks!

Below are links to the stops during the first couple of weeks, in case you want to mosey on over and show your support. I’ll be doing a giveaway (books and other schwag) on this blog at the end of the tour to three random commenters, so enter early and often by leaving a comment at these venues:

2nd April – Book Review & Author Interview at Mommy Adventures

3rd April – Guest Post at The Bunny’s Review
